Tip #9: Fast Twice a Week

 Have you ever fasted in your life? Fasting is much easier than you imagine, for fasting half the day, or 12 hours, is not so bad, if not only twice a week. The health benefits are numerous, including boost your overall health and weight loss. If you find this difficult because you have to take medication, consider water fast, or even juice fast instead. This would be still beneficial and a bit easier to carry out a couple days out of the week.
