Tip #6: Drink Banana Tea!

 Have you ever found yourself having difficulty falling asleep at night? When I don't drink my daily cup of banana tea, I notice the huge difference! I can't sleep as I toss and turn frequently for hours. Daily banana tea can be the answer for overcoming chronic insomnia. Here are a few instructions for preparing banana tea:

  • Remove the skin of a ripe banana.
  • Cut the two ends.
  • Cut in half.
  • Add the two halves in a small pan.
  • Let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • Use a cloth to remove particles as you pour the tea into a cup.
