Tip #4: How Fit Are You?

 If you are somewhat wondering, you ought to know quite well, or have some idea how physically fit you are currently. You see certain neighbors usually jogging, walking, or cycling past your house. Isn't it time that you do the same? This is much easier than you imagine. It's just a question of getting into a regular routine, or habit of starting a new exercise and doing it regularly three to five times a week. So what exercises can you do on a daily basis? Here are a few suggestions:
